This Payment Policy outlines the accepted methods of payment and billing procedures for the services provided by Mercante Technologies. By using our services and providing a payment method during the Sign Up process, you agree to this Payment Policy and the associated costs.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

• Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
• Cryptocurrencies:
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum (ETH)
• Tether USD (USDT)

For payments using cryptocurrencies we do not support automatic acquisition of funds as of yet. Please reach out to us through payment@mercante.ai to initiate a crypto top-up.

3. Pricing

Our services and associated prices are clearly outlined on our solutions page. We reserve the right to update these prices at any time without notice. Users are urged to regularly check for pricing updates at their own convenience.

4. Billing and Automatic Payments

• Top Up: we do not require you to provide a payment method up-front. Instead, you are urged to top-up your account balance when it is low from the “Billing” tab available within the app.
• Invoice: For your records, an invoice detailing the services used and the associated costs will be generated and sent to you.

5. Payment Terms

If a payment is not successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expiration of the payment method, or any other reason, access to the service may be suspended until a valid payment is processed.

6. Refunds

7. Changes to the Payment Policy

Mercante Technologies reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
